General Order FAQs

Q: How do I place a custom order? 

A: Fill out this form. After we receive your submission, someone from our team will reach out to you.

 

Q: How late can I place an order?

A: We kindly ask that you place your order no less than three (3) weeks before your event or special occasion.

 

Q: What if I need my order sooner than 3 weeks?

A: We can occasionally take last minute orders. Last minute orders are any order that is placed less than 3 weeks in advance of the event date. These orders will be charged an additional fee of $15 per dozen desserts ordered. 

 

Q: Is a deposit required? How much is it?

A: Deposits are required for all custom orders. The deposit amount is 25% of the total order. The deposit is non-refundable, and is used for design planning, as well as, making or purchasing items to complete your order. Deposits must be paid within 3 weeks of the specified fulfillment date to secure your order. 

 

Q: When and how often can I edit the details of my order (i.e. how often can I change my design, number of dessert items, pick-up/delivery time)?

A: We ask that all orders be finalized within 48 hours of receiving your quote to ensure ample time to prepare the order. After that, your order may be subject to cancellation without refunding the deposit. 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you may cancel your order prior to the 3 week window, however, you may only receive a partial deposit refund if materials have already been purchased and items prepared to complete your order. Please contact us to discuss the details of the cancellation. There is no deposit refund for orders canceled within 2 weeks of the fulfillment date.

 

Q: Can I return my order?

A: All sales for baked goods, cookie cutters and baking utensils are final. However, if a product is damaged upon arrival, you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for us to address the concern in a timely manner. 

 

Q: What dessert items can be shipped?

A: At this time, no dessert items purchased on the website are available for shipping.

 

Q: When will the baking supplies be shipped? 

A: 3-5 business days from when the order was placed.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which delivers in approximately 1-3 business days. 

 

Dessert FAQs

Q: Is there a quantity minimum for dessert orders?

A: A minimum of 1 dozen (12) cookies, cupcakes, cake-pops are required for custom orders. If you are looking for fewer cookies than 12, check out our delicious cookie sets! 

 

Q: How many designs can I have for each dozen custom cookies?

A: There is a maximum of four (4) different cookie designs that can be done for each dozen cookies. More designs can be purchased for a small additional fee. 

 

Q: Are the desserts allergen free?

A: Most desserts contain wheat, eggs, gluten and dairy.

 

Q: What if I have an allergy concern?

A: Please contact us regarding the allergy concerns and needs for your order. We can make allergy-friendly desserts upon request, please note that we do not have an allergy free kitchen and desserts for individuals with severe allergies should be purchased from a provider that can guarantee allergen free items.

 

Holiday Cookie FAQs

Q: Is there a specific time frame that Holiday Cookies are available for purchase?

A: Yes, holiday cookies are available for a limited time while supplies last. There is a specified time in the item description and on our page banner to place the order. 

 

Q: Can I specify when I receive my Holiday cookie order?

A: Due to the high volume of Holiday Cookie orders there are specified  pick-up days for and delivery. (e.g. 2/13 for Valentine's Day orders). 

 

Q: What if I cannot pick up my order at the specified date and time frame?

A: Please contact us prior to placing the order so we can explore alternative fulfillment methods.
